Vi har gratis frakt inom Sverige på alla cyklar. Leveranstiden är 2-8 dagar, beroende på om vi har det i lager eller inte. Och vi har gratis frakt inom Sverige för alla beställningar över 800 SEK.
Ångerrätt
Om du av någon anledning vill ångra ditt köp, har du som kund 30 dagar på dig att skicka tillbaka dina varor. Du betalar returfrakten till Buzzin Bikes. Cyklarna får inte ha använts utomhus. Lättast är det om du kontaktar oss så hjälper vi er vid retur. Varorna ska returneras hela och rena i samma förpackningsmaterial som de kom i och ska ha skickats tillbaka inom 30 dagar efter att du mottagit varan.
Garanti
Enligt Europeisk konsumenträtt i Sverige har alla varor 3 års garanti. Inom denna period har du rätt att returnera varan med gratis frakt om det handlar om ett tillverkningsfel.
Reklamation
Vill du reklamera en vara för tillverkningsfel, kontakta oss så hjälper vi er. Är paketet skadat när det kommer till dig, öppna det och titta så att allt är intakt. Gör en skadeanmälan direkt till chauffören om varan är skadad.

I webbshopen använder vi Klarna för säker och smidig betalning. Det finns flera alternativ för hur du kan betala med dem.

Om du inte skulle hämta ut ditt paket vid leverans så att det returneras till oss, tar vi betalt för frakten tur och retur.

Delivery
We have free shipping on all bikes within Sweden. Delivery time is 2-8 days, depending on whether we have it in stock or not. And we have free shipping within Sweden for all orders over 800 SEK.
Return Policy
If for some reason you want to regret your purchase, you as a customer have 30 days to return your goods. You pay the return shipping to Buzzin Bikes. The bicycles must not have been used outdoors. The easiest way is if you contact us and we will help you with your return. The goods must be returned whole and clean in the same packaging material as they came in and must have been returned within 30 days after you received the goods.
Guarantee
According to European Consumer Rights in Sweden, all goods have a 3-year warranty. Within this period you have the right to return the goods with free shipping if it is a manufacturing defect.
Complaint
If you want to advertise a product for manufacturing errors, please contact us and we will help you. Is the package damaged when it comes to you, open it and look so that everything is intact. Make a claim for damage directly to the driver if the item is damaged.
